• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

Opting out

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@appointments.biz with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or call (800) 555-0148. Tell us which right you want to exercise and give us enough detail to locate your records — the email address or phone number you booked with is usually enough.

To stop marketing calls and texts specifically, the fastest route is our Do Not Call request form.

We will acknowledge your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Information we disclose to contractors

When you book an appointment, we disclose your name, contact details, ZIP code and project details to the independent contractor assigned to your appointment so they can carry out the visit you requested. That disclosure is necessary to provide the service you asked for.
