What the service is

Appointments Biz is an independent marketing and referral platform. We schedule appointments between homeowners and independent third-party contractors. Appointments Biz is not a contractor, is not licensed as a contractor, and does not perform, supervise, direct, warrant or guarantee any construction, remodeling, installation, repair, financing or other home improvement services.

Your relationship with contractors

Any contractor introduced through this site is an independent third party and is not an employee, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer or affiliate of Appointments Biz. Any agreement for products or services is entered into directly between you and that contractor. Appointments Biz is not a party to that agreement.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any contractor, verifying their licences and insurance, reviewing written estimates and contracts, and deciding whether they are suitable for your project.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be the owner of the property, or authorised by the owner to arrange work on it.
• You must provide accurate contact and project information.

Appointments

Appointment times are windows, not exact times, and are subject to contractor availability. We may need to reschedule or reassign an appointment. Booking an appointment does not create an obligation on you to purchase anything, and does not guarantee that any particular contractor will attend.

Pricing information

Any cost ranges shown on this site are general estimates for illustration only. They are not quotes and are not binding on any contractor. Your actual price depends on your property, scope, materials, location and other factors, and will be set out in the estimate the contractor provides.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorisation.
• Do not use automated means to submit bookings.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
